2. Nature of the Service
Oxava is a digital service that provides AI-powered image and video generation. The subscription purchased and the generation rights included in it are used to generate content on the platform.
3. Price and Payment
The service fee is shown including all taxes on the relevant subscription/plan page. Payment is collected securely via the infrastructure of the contracted payment institution (iyzico). Your card details are not stored by us.
4. Performance and Delivery
The digital service is performed instantly upon payment confirmation; subscription access and the included generation rights are immediately assigned to your account.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services performed instantly in the electronic environment are an exception to the right of withdrawal. Since the service begins to be provided at the moment of purchase, no right of withdrawal can be exercised.
6. Complaints and Disputes
You can submit your requests and complaints to info@oxava.co. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence have jurisdiction.
7. Agreement
This Pre-Information Form is evaluated together with the Distance Sales Agreement; by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read both.
