What's included in every Oxava plan?+
Every plan is a full image, video and 3D generation service: all models (Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Kling v3, Hunyuan 3D and more), output up to 4K, 14 reference images on Nano Banana, upscaling, background removal and a commercial license. Plans differ only in monthly credits and how many generations you can run in parallel.
How do credits work?+
Each generation spends credits from your monthly balance. Heavier models and higher resolutions use more credits; fast models use fewer. Your plan's credits refresh at the start of every billing cycle.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
Is there a free trial?+
New accounts that add a payment method receive a small trial credit, so you can try the studio and the models before committing to a plan.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Credits are a monthly allowance that refreshes each cycle, so they don't accumulate indefinitely. Choose the plan that matches your typical monthly volume — you can move up a tier whenever you need more.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?+
Annual billing is charged upfront and works out to two months free compared with paying monthly. Your credits still refresh every month rather than arriving all at once.
Which currencies and payment methods are supported?+
Prices are shown in Turkish lira (₺) for Turkey and in US dollars ($) elsewhere. Payments are processed securely by card; customers in Turkey are billed in ₺.
