This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Buyer and Subject
The Buyer is the consumer who creates an account on Oxava and purchases a credit package or subscription. The subject of the Agreement is the AI image/video generation credits or subscription service purchased electronically via oxava.co; the characteristics of the service, the credit amount and the applicable price are shown on the platform at the time of purchase.
3. Price and Payment
All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY), taxes included. Payments are collected via the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification using the Buyer's credit/debit card. Card details are processed and stored by iyzico and are never transmitted to the Seller.
4. Delivery
The service is intangible and digital; no physical delivery is made. The moment payment is approved, the purchased credits are added to the Buyer's account or subscription access is activated. Delivery therefore occurs instantly and electronically.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Since credits and the subscription service are delivered digitally at the moment of purchase, by approving this Agreement the Buyer consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that no right of withdrawal applies. 6. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
Subscription packages renew automatically at the end of the selected period (monthly/annual). The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the account panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no partial refund is made for that period.
7. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. The Privacy Policy applies additionally to the processing of personal data.
8. Entry into Force and Contact
When the Buyer approves the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. For questions: info@oxava.co
