Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Terms

This page summarizes the delivery, cancellation and refund terms for the credit and subscription services purchased on Oxava. For detailed provisions, see the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Delivery

Oxava is a digital service; no physical product is shipped. The moment payment is approved, credits are added to your account or your subscription access is activated. Delivery occurs instantly and electronically.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; your access continues until then. Automatic renewal stops at the end of the period.

3. Credit and Fee Refunds

Since credits and the subscription service are delivered digitally at the moment of purchase, the fees for used credits and for the current subscription period are non-refundable. This follows from the legal exception for instantly performed digital services.

4. Failed Generations

For generations that cannot be completed due to a technical error, the credit used is automatically refunded to your account; you do not need to file a separate request.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, services performed instantly in the electronic environment are an exception to the right of withdrawal. Since the service begins to be provided at the moment of purchase, no right of withdrawal applies. For details, see Distance Sales Agreement.
